Nutritional Value of Dolmades

Durmades, also known as Durma or stuffed grape leaves, is a traditional Middle Eastern dish. Adding Dumade to your diet can provide you with a range of nutritional values, including carbohydrates, vitamins and polyphenols, which are low in calories and fat and are suitable for low-calorie, low-fat diets.

With regard to Dumade, Dumade is usually made of aromatic vegetables such as vanilla, onions and pine nuts mixed with rice. Pile the stuffing in the center of a large grape leaf and roll it into an oval package, about the size of your thumb. Cook well with olive oil, lemon juice and chicken soup. You can buy grape leaves in cans at your local grocery store, or you can put some other leaves on them, such as lettuce. You can also find ready-made relief in cans.

Calorie and fat content may also vary depending on the ingredients used and the proportion of rice to other ingredients. A Duroc is not a good source of protein, but you do eat 6 grams of carbohydrates, a small fraction of the 130 grams of carbohydrates you should consume every day. Each tablet has a relatively low sodium content of 60 mg.

Vitamins and Minerals

You can also get 2% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C in a Durmades. Vitamin C is good for blood vessels, tendons and skin. This vitamin is also important for wound healing.

Consumption of polyphenols can provide you with polyphenols, an antioxidant that can increase your risk of cardiovascular disease, and they may also play a role in reducing your risk of cancer and neurological diseases, despite the need for human clinical trials. Confirm these findings. A study published in the September 2011 issue of the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry found that grape leaves were the source of polyphenols.
