2. Exercise regularly and more often

Back pain can be resolved by doing sports. Work out on a regular basis. Start with simple activities, but do them more often. You do not need any special skills and talents to practice jogging. If your doctor does not recommend you jog, then simply walk. There is no need to feel tired after your activities. Do everything in moderation and you will soon notice that discomfort in your back is disappearing.
