2. Sprouted Grains
Many people are now eating more sprouted grains because they are packed full of nutrients and have been artificially processed very little in comparison to most foods. Sprouted Grains are now being included in crackers, tortillas,1 risotto mixes, rice, cereals, and even bread, which are foods that are normally known to contain "empty carbs”. However, these grains now offer you a lot less guilt and a lot more taste. The grains are harvested as soon as they begin to sprout and have many vitamins and minerals including zinc and iron.
